Mark has been a Vasiliev certified Systema Instructor for over 20 years and has over 50 years of Martial Arts experience.  He has trained numerous instructors, produced countless videos, and remains a long term Systema advocate.

This seminar will provide practical exercises focused upon Effortless Power and Freedom of Movement.  Curriculum goals include:

• Perception and utilization of innate power.
• Integration of seamless and unhindered movement .
• Acquisition of tools and skills for individual and partner training.
