Dimitri has more than 25 years of martial arts experience.  Dimitri started his Systema journey in 2003 and has been teaching since 2008.  He is a certified Systema instructor in Chicago, where he focuses on Systema breath work and movement.  He has worked closely with Mikhail Ryabko, Vladimir Vasiliev, and Konstantin Komarov and has translated multiple Systema books.  He is an excellent instructor and Systema teacher.   You will learn from this event!
