Dimitri is a certified Systema instructor based in Chicago. He has more than 25 years of martial arts experience.  Dimitri started his Systema journey in 2003 and has been teaching since 2008. He worked closely with Mikhail Ryabko, Vladimir Vasiliev, and Konstantin Komarov while translating multiple Systema books.  As an instructor, he focuses on Systema approaches to reprogram your subconscious stress response.
