Menamy Mitanes: Systema Stick and Ground Work

This Systema seminar will be tailored to meet the needs of those in attendance.  If you have ever trained with, or watched one of Menamy’s videos, you know he is a cut above.  While he has a wealth of diversity in his skill set, this seminar will focus on stick and ground work.  Naturally the breadth of Systema will be covered as well.  Menamy teaches internationally and Systema Greenville is delighted to have him put on this seminar.  Don’t miss out! Schedule:
Friday, July 9th, 7:00 pm-9:00 pm – Systema Warm up.
Saturday, July 10th, 2:00 pm-6:00 pm  – Systema Stick and Ground Work, Day 1
Sunday, July 11th: 10:00 am-2:00 pm – Systema Stick and Ground Work, Day 2

*Training knives  and both long and short sticks will be required. Bring your own.

Night Life:
On Saturday night at 7:00 pm we will have a traditional Systema Dinner.  Details to follow.
